Delivery
UK
We ship all UK orders via Royal Mail’s 2nd Class Delivery service. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout and are based on the weight of your order. Although not guaranteed, orders normally arrive 2-3 business days from the date of shipment. If you require a faster, alternative delivery method, please email us on info@ffotogallery.org before placing your order online and we will endeavour to meet your requirements.
Rest of World
We ship all international orders via Royal Mail’s International Standard / International Economy services, up to 2kg. Although not guaranteed, orders will normally arrive from 2-12 weeks from the date of shipment. If you require a faster, alternative delivery method, or if your order exceeds the weight limit of 2kg, please email us on info@ffotogallery.org before placing your order online and we will endeavour to meet your requirements.
If you order products from our site for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
Refunds and Returns
If you are not satisfied with any goods you have bought online, or have changed your mind, you have the right to cancel your order for 14 days from the receipt of the goods. In order to cancel, you must notify us in writing by email or post using the details below telling us that you wish to cancel the order and (should you wish to do so) your reasons for cancellation.
You must return the products to us in the condition in which they were received. You will be responsible for arranging the safe return to us of any unwanted products, the costs of which will also be borne by you. If the reason for your order cancellation is because of the condition in which the products were received, we will cover the costs of return shipping.
